EAD steps in approval

If you decide to send in ALL of your forms for AOS in together (I130, 130A, 485 and EAD/AP request form), will EAD only start processing after your 130/130A form has been approved and your biometrics come back with a go ahead?  If not, what are all the things that need to happen/approved before the EAD will come back approved and you can receive it?

Concurrent filing means they will generally adjudicate the I-130 + I-485. Once an I-485 is properly filed, it will go through the NBC for an initial review + I-131/I-765 processing (if provided).

Once ready for an interview, the I-485 will be handled by the local USCIS field office. This is usually after NBC processing, but a small handful of offices are faster and can have the interview before they ever get around to the I-131/I-765.

Ok so if the I130 and I485 are properly filed then they get approved and the application gets sent to NBC for EAD/AP card production?

Accepted* They won't be approved until after the interview at the local USCIS field office.

The I-131 & I-765 will be processed at the NBC. This occurs while waiting for the I-130 + I-485 to be processed.
