Help with DS-260

Hi everyone,

I won the DV-2020 lottery and now am in the process of filling out the DS-260. I'm a veterinarian in my country (Israel) and in the process of certification to acquire US license (will only end it in about a year from now).

There are 2 questions in the form that I'm unsure of what my answer should be. 

One is 'Do you seek to enter the United States for the purpose of performing skilled or unskilled labor but have not yet been certified by the Secretary of Labor?'  - Well, technically I'm not certified to practice vet medicine in the US yet, but I'm unsure if it's under their definition of skilled or unskilled labor? also I will obviously won't practice vet medicine until I'm certified... What should I answer?

The second is essentially the same question, only this time aimed for "Health Workers". I assume this applies only for human medicine, but maybe I am wrong?

Those questions aren’t important for DV as it is not one of the visa categories that requires certification, so just answer what seems correct to you, it won’t matter.
