I-130 followed by K-3

I give up, you did not read my post at all. The dates I gave were not mine and their I-130 was approved in 6 months at a service center that is running at 12-14 months for I-130. I do know the process as I outlined it in my original post. Which one died and which one was approved, and in what order is irrelevant as they both happen on the same day. This post has VERY little to do with the K-3 and more about the use of it to push people up in line.

Can't help people that have horse blinders on and don't look at the bigger picture when you're laying down a theory.
