can't remove applicant from ceac

Hello everyone,

I really need your help !! So my aunt has petioned for my mom around 14 years ago, it was accepted and finally we can start with the proceedures to be interviewed by the Consulate eventually. Me and my sister are derivatives of my mom, but my sister is married and we are trying to remove her from the application , we uploaded her marriage certicate . After an hour  I can't even open the application anymore. It says an application error has occurred. And after 3 days we could open it and my sister wasn't removed. We tried again and the same problem has happened again. Please help! We tried calling the Costumer service number but the call wouldn't go through because of too many calls . We can't submit the documents this way.

Four years later I'm having the same exact problem... but mine is worse because I need to remove my ex-wife and change the visa class from F-3 to F-1, which will expedite my  process. And even worse is the fact that they no longer receive phone calls. The people who answer the public inquire form are useless, they keep sending me instructions on how to do it through the CEAC account ignoring the fact that I told them that it is exactly what I did but it is not working. I wonder if you problem was solved and how.

as the op has not been seen on this site for 3.5 years, it is unlikely she will answer.  please start a new thread as this is a zombie thread.
