Hello Everyone,

I'm kinda new here and I would like to greet everyone a nice day. I have a question, can I file for a Non-Immigrant Visa (B2 Visa-Tourism) even if my wife filed for my Immigrant Visa (Form I-130A)? Looking forward for your response. Thanks in advance.

There is already a huge ongoing thread about visiting during the process.

Also, you have posted this question in another forum. This is against this site's TOS. Posting the same question in different answers is what causes clutter and confusion.

I will close this thread. Please be aware of the site's TOS on posting.
