Birth Certificate Readability for NVC

I'm preparing my documents for the NVC and I've noticed a lot get rejected for not being clear enough. I really want to get our documents right the first time so we can catch up since our NOA2 is taking so long and I'm a little worried about my birth certificate. It's the "certified true photostatic print of a record" that Ontario gives out and while the frame of the document is clear (first picture) the text of my actual birth certificate that they've copied isn't (second photo - this is an example of it at it's worst). All of my parents handwriting is legible. Ordering a new one is a huge hassle as I don't have a guarantor (moved away from Ontario so I don't have a doctor/dentist, etc there anymore and haven't been in BC long enough to meet the 2 year requirement) and I'm not even sure that a new one would be any clearer.

Does anyone else's look like this? Did the NVC accept it if it does? I'm hoping that they'll realize that since the rest of the text is clear that this is the nature of the document that I have and not just a bad scan.

Does it look like this because it's gotten old or the way it has been printed?

Neither. The document itself is perfectly clear so it was printed properly, it's the scan of my "statement of live birth" in the middle that is a mess despite my birth certificate being issued 5 months after I was born, so age isn't the issue either.

I would just go ahead and submit it anyway, they are often pretty fast to tell you if there is a problem. You can even put notes in the submission. When I sent in my marriage certificate, I was told it was not the right format. I then submitted it again, same one as before, and left a note with it, it was accepted.
