My fiancé came here on a k1 visa about a month ago and we are getting married on Wednesday 😁 we are getting everything together for his AOS. Originally my dad sponsored him for the K1 visa and we are wondering if we will need to send the affidavit with the I-485?

Yes. You are starting over. Visa is done. AOS is a new game. Read the instructions for the I-485 to see what must be included.

 

Same for your Advance Parole and Employment Authorization. Some of the same documentation will be in all three applications.
