Hello,

I am currently living in the U.S. as a citizen, my husband is in the U.K. I've paid the fees for both the AOS and IV. 

I meet the criteria for the I-864EZ and I have decided to go ahead and submit all 3 past years transcripts. However, I'm trying to figure out what other supporting forms would be required or would help support this process.

According to "2019 HHS Poverty Guidelines for Affidavit of Support" on the USCIS website, I exceed the 125% with just me and my husband. We have no children together and I am currently living with my parents but am not claimed or do I claim anyone on my taxes except myself currently. 

 

I have a habit of feeling like things are never as simple as they seem and second guess myself!

Any help or suggestions to make this step go easier would be much appreciated!

Are you including supporting document to show evidence of sufficient CURRENT income?

August 7, 2022: Wife filed N-400 Online under 5 year rule.

November 10, 2022: Received "Interview is scheduled" letter.

December 12, 2022:  Received email from Dallas office informing me (spouse) to be there for combo interview.

December 14, 2022: Combo Interview for I-751 and N-400 Conducted.

January 26, 2023: Wife's Oath Ceremony completed at the Plano Event Center, Plano, Texas!!!😁

February 6, 2023: Wife's Passport Application submitted in Dallas, Texas.

March 21, 2023:   Wife's Passport Delivered!!!!

May 15, 2023 (about):  Naturalization Certificate returned from Passport agency!!

 

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I can use my previous paystubs, however I have extra income showing due to recently cashing out my vacation time before visiting my husband.

I figured out my annual by current pay and 40 hr/wk. Which also may vary with my work. 

 

I debated whether or not W-2's should be provided also

That is the proper way.........I would include W-2s also......

Include Everything.......leave no doubt in their minds that you have stable, sufficient, current/future income......
