Ph Gov employee needs travel clearance when leaving Ph?

Hi! Any former government employees who left the Ph without travel permit/clearance? Did you encounter any problem with the immigration officers at NAIA?

No problem with me.. I was active in PNP when I left Ph for US. If they ask for additional ID other than your passport, just don’t show work ID. I’ll suggest PRC or drivers license.
