When should I be expecting Documents from NVC

It's also 12 year since the petitioner filed an I-130 forms for married sons/daughter , Our priority date is on the 19 July, 2007 and was approved by the USCIS on the 10 February 2010.  I would like to know when we should be expecting letter/documents from the NVC/USCIS.  

 

And Based on an estimate how much more its going to take for our priority to be Current.
