Hi

 

I'm a British national and have applied for a visa to have a holiday to the states, due to mental health issues I couldn't travel on the vwp. My interview is on Monday in London, its only now I'm doing all checks for everything I need, I've found out that I have to fill in a vcu1 form. After figuring it out how to fill in a pdf form, and finding an email address to send it in to, it got returned!! (no such address) It says must be done online. My question, could I print it off and take it with me to my interview on Monday as?
