Departing NAIA Immigration

Good Day,

I am the petitioner for my Filipina fiancee who has her K1 visa approved (just waiting to receive back from USEM), interview was on 30 May.  I am actually currently in the Philippines helping her pack her stuff and will be travelling together from NAIA to USA as soon as resonably poasible.

My question is, when passing through departure immigration at NAIA is it possible for us to go through the immigration window together? I understand usually there is one set of lines for foreign passport and one set of lines for local passport but since we are travelling together on the same travel itinerary what line should we fall into?  My plan is at arrival in USA to bring her with me through the USA line as I want to avoid being separated.

Thanks!

Yes, you both stay together for check-in & exiting the Philippines.      (don't forget to complete CFO and get the sticker in her passport to exit, if you have not done so already)

Your fiancee will need to pay travel tax also, this can be paid a variety of ways and locations.   Travel tax & CFO info on this page:  https://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/cfo.html

At POE your fiancee will be process at a special window, ask the CBP agent upon entry in to the Immigration area as to the correct window.  (you can process through that window also )
