Question about employment in N400

In section for Employment and School, N400 asks me to provide where and when I have worked or attended school full time or part time during the last 5 years. ( Include all military, police, and/or intelligence service and provide information for the complete time period.)

Now is Jun 2019. I have job that lasted from  Jan 2014 to April 2014. Do I have to include this job in the form?
