Hi everyone! My niece and nephew had their interview May 20th for IR-2 Visa in the Philippines. Unfortunately, they were given 221g letter. The letter was asking for Proof of relationship to the petitioner (my brother who is US citizen) and IRS transcript for 2018. So far, we have the IRS transcript, pictures of my niece and nephew with their father when they were little, baptismal certificates, communications between their father via Facebook and school records with their father’s name. Also included a letter from the midwife who helped deliver them. Their mom is not married to my brother and their ages are 10 and 16. We are about to submit it today. Would you mind sharing your experiences or feedback.  I am worried for my niece and nephew status.

Hi! Just an update, we sent out our documents that they asked us to send (221)g on June 4 from our province Tarlac. Received by USEM June 6 and June 7 CEAC updated to AP. June 10 CEAC showed Issued. CEAC updated date June 11 Issued again. We are still waiting for the visa/passport of my niece and nephew. Hopefully soon. 2GO keep saying invalid when I search under passport #. So maybe it hasn’t left the embassy.
