ROC- Case transferred after RFE

February 2018 filer for ROC. Didn't apply for N400. Received RFE February 2019. Sent evidence May 2019. Now received a notice that case was transferred to another office than has the jurisdiction.

Does this mean an interview? Anyone has similar experience?

Case transfer can mean either they are balancing caseloads or that they have sent it to your local office which (usually) means they may schedule your interview.

You can check for updates on this if you have a USCIS account.

It depends where the case is being transferred to.

If its NBC (Missouri Service Center) - then it’s being transferred to schedule an interview.

If it’s transferred to any other service center - then it’s to balance out the workloads of that particular service center.
