The Starbuck's CEO have said, " Other coffee tastes like dirt. "

Well if you develop an espresso habit, its hard to back to regular instant coffee - tastes like ditch-water to me. Nothing about Starbucks coffee makes it particularly outstanding except that its made directly from the beans. I actually prefer The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, or Seattle's Best - but haven't found any of those on the East Coast.

Actually, there's a Seattle's Best inside the Borders bookstore in Penn Plaza (7th Ave and 32nd Street, above Penn Station.)

I've been in there - but the Seattles Best in Borders Stores aren't the same as their stand-alone stores. Its SB branded - but its just a product franchise, the baristas are Borders Employees.
