Thank you it’s been almost three months 

contacted but said they are to receive a record of our petition what does that mean and uscis said they sent it???

Do an inquiry at NVC so that your file can be located. Unload your NOA2 (Approval Notice) from USCIS.

Maybe also do an inquiry at USCIS.

Oh yes i did that too the NVC said they’ll work with the uscis to locate the petition. Thank you . Do you what might happen?
