Vaccination Suppliment for AOS

My wife had her medical in Pakistan ofr K3 where she wasn't required to get he vaccinations. Now when she comes here she will be applying for AOS and I need to get her vaccination supplement done and she has no records of any vaccinations, I called around and it seems like it will be really expensive to get it done here. My question is what is the best and cheapest way to get it done.

"Best" is a rather subjective issue, but cheapest is easy - contact your county health department for a schedule of vaccination clinics (they are usually free of charge), attend one or more as necessary, and then take the record to a Civil Surgeon to be entered on the I-693 vaccination report form.

My health department charged 47 dollars for the 1st round on MMR and TD . They desire 106 dollars for varicellia.
