Misspelled Parents Name on my Birth Certificate

Hello, Kabayans! I'm hoping someone can shed some light on a problem I'm having with my Birth Certificate.

My parents birth certificates, passports and my marriage certificate have the same name spellings. However, when I checked my birth certificate, "b" on my mother's name became "v" and "i" on father's middle name became "e".

My question is, what should I do?

I've researched and it looks like I would need to file a petition for correction of clerical error on my local registry. But I also read here on Visajourney that an affidavit stating  misspelled names and my parents are the same persons would be enough?

I am planning to petition them in the future and would like to fix the documents now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
