Can you get OPT twice?

I completed a Ph.D. program in 2015 as an F-1 student and did my one-year OPT. I'm now thinking of going back to school for another degree, M. Sci. If I do this, will I be eligible to get OPT again? Thanks.

As far as I know the answer is “no”. If you do MS and then do PhD, you can get another OPT but not other way. Check with your university, they should be able to answer this question.

The only way to get two periods of OPT is to partake in two levels of school (ex. Undergraduate & Graduate).

I would consult the International Student office at the school you want to study at. I don't know how it works with regards to you having a PhD and then going back to get another Masters of Science.
