N400 Interview - Local Office Couldn't Find the Form

Please help with advice if anybody has been in a similar situation. Just fresh from the N400 interview appointment at local USCIS office. When my name was called the worker at the door said that they can't find my form and I should go home and wait for a call to reschedule. I tried to clarify if it's going to be a call or a letter? She thought for a second and said a letter... Then repeated again that it's time to go home, no other details are available on the possible timeline or anything. Just go home and wait for next update.

Can anyone tell what happens from here? How long can something like this take? Is it on supervisor's dilligence now to properly reschedule, etc? Any actions required from my side?

Needless to say it doesn't feel good at all :(

Maybe NBC has not yet transferred your N400 to local office on the date of your interview.. I have seen a few people who had similar experience.. They may call you to let you know the date when it's available and make sure you don't miss the call, but a new interview letter should be posted under doc tab as well if you filed online.. I think there is nothing you can do about at this moment but wait...
