GREEN CARD DELIVERY

Not sure where to post this. We paid green card fee on March 7th. I read that it takes a while for it to be delivered so I didn't bother tracking it. This weekend I looked at my.uscis and it showed it was produced and mailed and dated the day I looked it up- 13th of April. Today I looked up case status and delivery tracking-  it shows it was mailed late last month and delivery has been attempted??!! usps is horrible in my area and I never get "sorry we missed you" cards to the point i stopped ordering stuff, so I'm not sure what to even do right now. Please see pics attached
I've tried to arrange redelivery but it showed item was returned to sender

What a frustrating situation to which I can somewhat relate. I too have issues with USPS, and UPS & FedEx. If you've already visited your local post office, and they have told you that this piece of mail has been returned to the sender, then you need to contact USCIS to have the card resent.

OMG I'm also awaiting the delivery of my card. On 11th April USCIS updated case status saying "card was mailed" and I was given USPS tracking number. All was good.. and the tracking showed the carrier was out for delivery in mesquite TX on 13th morning... That day was a rainy day...i didn't get any delivery..at night USPS updated status showing "Awaiting delivery scan" which means there's no evidence of it whether it was delivered or not.. It's Tuesday evening and I still get my card 😞😞. I tried calling USPS to talk to customer service but couldn't get actual person on phone.. I'm extremely worried now! :( any idea how can reach customer representative in phone?? I need to know where's my card

Don’t bother with calling USPS. Go to your local post office and speak to the supervisor/manager.
