Hello everyone, we’re new here. My fiancé lived in Hong Kong so we need a Certificate of No Criminal Conviction from the Hong Kong PD. She has been back in the Philippines for 4 years. We are having major trouble with paying the HK$ 225 fee for the certificate. They require a bank draft payable in HK$. Please help, we are looking for ideas on how to get this done.

If she can, have her visit HK to request it herself and just pay cash. Make sure she has her HKID and the letter from NVC showing her CASE NUMBER, INTERVIEW LOCATION AND THE NEED TO OBTAIN HK POLICE CLEARANCE. If not, ask a friend to do it for her! Heads up! HK police certificate is a pain for me lol! They wont give her the certificate/result. They will be sending it straight to the embassy where she will be interviewed.  I live in Canada now and I have to ask someone do it. I paid CAD200 for finger printing here. It took 8 weeks before the receipt finally arrived.

 

After payment, it will take 3-4 weeks for them to send result to the embassy as long as no criminal record.

 

To make everything faster for me (CR-1 applicant),  I e-mailed HK police after 3 weeks and got the tracking number for it. Converted the exchange of e-mails with them to pdf and uploaded it to our CEAC account.
