I sent AOS k1 visa. They received my case on March 7th. I had my biometrics appointment on March 25th which was pretty fast i think. So yesterday they changed my status on the website to "your case is ready to be scheduled for an interview". How long does it usually take to schedule the interview ? I am living in Chicago and i know that here can take a long time because they are very busy here. I am just wondering because they scheduled my biometrics appointment very fast , i hope so i will not wait too long for the interview. Thank you for any suggestions.

You can check the current processing times for your field office on the USCIS website.  It really varies from 3-23 months, depending on location.
