Reschedule Visa Interview for the second time around

I have scheduled my first visa interview last January 17,2019 but sadly I wasnt able to attend it because of my Sputum Examination for further tests. Thank god it went out..Negative. Done the immunizations and everything. Now, I tried to cancel it before that date but I cant get a hold of them. So it result to a No Show to them. Now I am trying to schedule again for the second time around but I cannot proceed because it appears there that my receipt is not valid anymore. I called the US embassy and then an agent said I have to wait for an email from them allowing me to proceed. Its been 2 weeks already that me and my fiancee tried to get a hold of them but til now no email yet. My question is how long to wait for that email..? Please help us..our Medical Results will be expiring by June 21, 2019....I need to be interviewed asap.

What does your ceac status say?  If your payment is invalid,  you probably need to go to bpi and pay again and start a new ds160
