So I just noticed that on the page where you sign at the end of the EAD form I ticked the box to say I can understand English at that i've filled everything out to the best of knowledge etc and signed my name to say I had completed the form, but didn't fill out my phone numbers or email.  Will that matter? My contact details are listed earlier in the form, and I have completed the biometrics appointment.
