My receipt date for Nebraska is May 18 2018 and still nothing.  Even after an Outside Normal Processing Time request we got a generic response saying our case is in line to be reviewed and if we have heard nothing in 60 days to call back. The website is WAY off.

I've seen someone with a June receipt date who got their approval. So, they must not complete it in the order it's received.
