Expedite AOS and or AP

Hi,

 

I’m so sorry if there is a similar thread but I had a look and nothing quite matched my situation.

 

I also tried to update my timeline but it’s not showing for some reason. 

 

I got my NOA1s on February 12th for my EAD/AP and AOS filing. I had my biometrics appointment in Hartford on 6th March.

 

I had a job interview last week for a major American corporation and got offered the role today. 

 

This role will involve travel outside of the USA but in the short term the most important  thing I need is the EAD.

 

my questions..

 

1) is there a template or anything anyone can help me with any guidance for getting the EAD expedited?

 

I’ve seen advice that you need to call USCIS but mixed information about what to do next to really file the expedite properly. 

 

2) is it possible to get the AP expedited due to work travel necessity?

There are several different methods which have been discussed on here and not having done it I would not like to say what is best, calling, representative, writing, infopass.

 

EAD and AP are usually issued as a combo, but I would make clear you need both and provide evidence that both are required.

 

An expedite would be quicker but not quick.
