Fiance and Tourist Visa

Good day!

We are still waiting for the case number for our petition for Alien Fiance Visa. Is there any effect or possible cause the delay of our papers if I travel tourist to US?

I already asked the PH uscis and they said that by regulation I may still travel using my tourist visa but it will be depend on the CBP inspectors if they will allow me to enter.

I'm just thinking about our papers which I don't know if there is an any effect of delay.

No? Why would it delay anything?

01.04.2014 - Interview. 

AoS

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.  

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.

Like I said.

 

No.

 

Also the case number should take about 4 weeks max.

And from submitting to visa approval it takes more like 10 months...

09.2015 - Green Card received.
