Interview this Friday for AOS

Hey everyone, does anyone know what Friday's interview will be like? We are taking all the requested documents. Will he get approved that day? We plan to travel abroad on 4/24 so you think if we get approved on Friday that we will have the GC before 4/24?

Many people get approved on spot, while many get approved a few days, weeks or even months later. No way for us to know what will happen in your case.

 

Usually the greencard shows up in your mailbox within 2 weeks from the approval. This may vary though, some have waited much longer than that.

 

If you get an approval at the interview you can always try to get a stamp in your passport while there, by showing the flight tickets etc as proof that you actually need the stamp.
