Unable to get police clearance

Hello, I had a question. My fiance worked in oman about 10 years ago but she no longer has her expired passport needed to get her police clearance for her k1 interview. I am not sure what is the next step we should take. Any ideas would be appreciated, thank you.

 Foreigners Staying Outside The Sultanate:

  • A letter from the applicant, indicating their name and mail address.
  • Two photographs (4 x 4)
  • Copy of the passport including the pages containing the previous residence stamp during the applicant’s residence in Oman and current passport
