I was married back on 2014 .I filled for my husband in 2015..he was interviewed in Morocco Casablanca consulat.well it was kinda of our fault we didnt prepare enough.they sent the case back to uscis. Because they didnt believe that our marriage is bonafide. So they revoked my petition.my lawyer advised me to refile again .notto go to court cause that might take years.now his case just got completed at the Nvc center.we are waiting for interview. What do u guys advise to me to do and do we need to get ready to overcome this.thanks any ideas area appropriate

Timeline

Theres nothing to overcome because it's a brand new petition.  

 

Whatever the mistakes were the first time did you overcome them? Have plenty of visits? Provide additional evidence?
