262 days and no EAD(c9)

I filed for since June 11 and I haven’t received my EAD till date. I have filed two service requests, and one expedition request all to no avail. I have faxed all the information that was requested still yet there is no positive response. Any suggestions?

I would advice Infopass, if it's allowed in your city. I've been waiting for my work permit already for 306 days😔

I contacted Congressman and Senator. They didn't help. But you still can try, though. sometimes it's helpful! But better try with Infopass first.

Infopass is not allowed in New Jersey unfortunately. Which state are you in?

I'm in Houston, TX. They just canceled Infopasses in our city as well(( Well, Did you talk to the 2nd level officer after expedition request?

Yes, I did. He said somebody is working in the case, that I should be patient...

Oh, then that's it, unfortunately. Wait another 30 days after the last request and just call them again. Trust me, there are not so many ways to speed them up(((((
