We've received packet 3 and will be sending everything required back to consulate hopefully by the end of the week. Can we go ahead and pay the visa fee now or do we need them to ok everything first ?   Also does anyone know how long it is to schedule the interview once given the ok ?

You can go ahead and pay, I even paid the fee before receiving the P3.

For scheduling it depends on how many appointments they have. I received my P4 on Jan. 16th and was able to get the next available appointment on Jan. 28th. Frankfurt usually is quick on that. You can always reschedule as well, meaning if they don't have any close dates, just get an appointment and keep checking if they open some new ones. Good Luck

We tried to pay but they did not except her visa card. Do they except iban debt cards from germany  or a debt card from the states ?
