So send 2 copies? I am on my way to the post office. On my I-797 it has the Texas Service Center.

Technically you are suppose to mail stuff to the service center that has jurisdiction over you (based on address). So if you initially   filed at California you  should send your papers to California. If your case has been moved to Texas- California will notify Texas. 

 

But if you know or suspect your file is in Texas- and Im not sure if it is or if just Texas sends out the extension letters- but if you suspect it is in texas then you can directly mail them a copy of the papers as well. 

 

I wouldnt just only mail to TX because if they do not have your file your letter will be marked as incorrect location received and will either be sent back to you or forwarded to CA after a very long time. So definitely mail to CA and its a good idea/wont hurt to mail to TX as well.

I am so nervous. I send it to both, but I may have sent it to the wrong P.O. Box for the California Service Center. I am freaking out.

Shall I send a 3rd package to the correct P.O. Box? Can anyone send me their advice please? I am so scared. I send it to the CSC P.O. Box for I-129 apparently which is what I found online after.
