K1 Visa I29 form provide your address in the last 5 years

Hello my fiancee had a F1 student Visa when we meet in 2014 I have to write her address from where she stayed as a student or only her home address in the beneficiary physical address on the I 29 form  ?

It's all addresses for past five years to include any even in the US or other countries and the time frames.
