I-485 Green Card Medical Exam - Male that has taken it ?

Hi everyone.  I have a question regarding the green card medical exam . I apologize for being direct but is there a physical drug test done for males during the physical exam?. I was told by a lawyer that a drug test MAY BE INCLUDED. I also read that the uscis doctor will simply ask questions and will decide whether to administer a drug test or not. Can any Male who has taken the medical exam clarify this for me. I'd like to get more information of what to expect. Thank you , and once again I apologize if my question made anyone uncomfortable.

The questions asked and drug test(s) performed - if any - are not based on sex.

They typically will ask about any past drug use.

All responses to questions must be truthful. Misrepresentation is a permanent bar, and can result in any benefits obtained via a misrepresentation to be revoked.

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE
