In case anyone is curious, this is the wording on the card that i received at the embassy, when I was approved:

Immigrant Visa Unit: Visa Receipt Information

Please allow 7-10 working days for your application to be processed. The courier company will send you tracking information via email or SMS. Documents can be tracked online at ais.usvisa-info.com/en-GB/iv

inside the plastic courier envelope, you will receive either:

- Your passport containing a visa and a paper envelope, which must not be opened, with your petition and medical report inside. Or;

- If you uploaded your documents, you will receive a passport and visa, but you may not receive a paper envelope since your petition and medical report will be electronically transmitted to the United States.
