Removal of Condition Interview without spouse

I have my removal of condition interview letter in the mail a few days ago.

My spouse put me out a month ago, the letter reads that spouse need to be present but there’s no way in hell she would accept to go with me and even if she does,

I’m pretty sure it will be to make sure I’m denied.

I don’t seem to have majority of the requested documents as she won’t let me in the house to get my other stuff.

Any advice? 😢😢😢😢😢😢

If you are divorcing you can get a divorce waiver but you need to provide your divorce decree.

You can still attend your interview without her and they will put a hold on your application. You just have to prove you entered the marriage with honest intent. You can prove that with much of the same documents you provided at your original AOS interview. You'll just need to divorce and provide the decree.

Thank you. She is still very angry for reasons still unknown. I entered the marriage with honest intent and we have a beautiful son together. I have just found the original marriage license. We are not divorced yet even though she’s been talking about that. I’m supposed to meet with her this weekend to go over our options but as I said, it’s been 1 month and 10 days since she put my things out while I was at work because she doesn’t want to be with me anymore.
