Good eveving everyone,

We are in 2019 and I would like to know if there is someone that had been approved for the I 601. Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility.

I’m currently in Colombia waiting for a response from my application since is an 15 -18 months waiting. I would like to hear the experience of your process and especially with the current administration of USA.

My case, I had my I-601A approved on February of 2018, I traveled Bogota, Colombia for my visa interview on April. I was denied because the misdemeanor I had on 2005. I applied for the form I-601 showing the extreme hardship of my mother (petitioner). And a loan originator in florida.

Feel free to share your story if you had a visa approved in 2018 and or 2019.

Thanks!

I do not understand your maths, seems c 9 months?

Or how a loan originator comes into this.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
