Hey everyone!! So I am guessing this is country specific but I just couldn’t figure out how to post it there.

My case is in transit to the embassy now and I was trying to find out a somewhat accurate/specific timeline for Madrid’s embassy.

At the embassy they always say “about 3 months” but I guess that’s just the standard answer, like NVC says “6 to 8 weeks for whatever and 6 to 8 for whatever else” and it ends up being closer to a month.

So, if anyone has gone through the process in Madrid recently, I’d be happy to get some more info on it.

Thanks!!

My case only took two days to get to the embassy. You should track it and see where is it. I contacted the embassy when it said ready so I could get Packet 3 and send everything. I had everything ready to be sent as well.

My case is already there too, it got delivered last Friday. Then on Tuesday the status changed to "Ready" but I haven't heard from the embassy at all.

I do have all the documents for P3 ready (or at least most of them, I still need a couple things that my fiancé mailed to me last week; so that shouldn't take long to be ready either).

Just waiting on the embassy at this point.

I contacted the embassy by email. And they sent me the P3, I think you should contact them. When I sent an email asking they answered with the P3.

Hi everyone,

Can you please explain how you track your case status?

Thank you so much 😊😊

The same website you track it when it’s not in the embassy https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ you have to go to  the immigrant part then to check my visa status and put your number that will start with MDD.😁
