Hello, We started our process i130, 11 months ago, when we entered my husband was permanent resident, has a month he became a US citizen, we call immigration, informed us send a copy of the file along with a copy of the certificate of Citizenship, we already sent! Has anyone ever experienced this? my now will be faster because he became a citizen?

has the petition I-130 been approved through USCIS yet? if so did he contact NVC so that there is not a priority date wait? since your husband is now a USC he would have access to a visa as soon as the case gets completed at NVC and all fees have been paid.

Then it will be a wait time for the US Embassy in the country to have an open time slot.

 

so in short to answer your question not that your spouse is a USC yes the case will move up a bit faster.
