K1 visa time running out before wedding date

Recommended Posts

Many K-1 Visa couples elope or do a courthouse wedding right after POE, and then a regular “wedding” later.

It's no problem!

I do hope it all works out for you. It did for us. We had an idea of a wedding date and it was roughly 10 months from start to us getting married.
