My interview is in 10 days at Islamabad embassy. My b-form for my kids is not english translated, also I have birth certificates which has both english and urdu information but do I have to get Child registration certificate from nadra AND OR separate english translation. I  am in Lahore. Plz guide regarding the issue.

Try to get birth certificate from NADRA office.

And what about english translation of b-form? Does it need to be translated and stamped by notary public.

I don't think embassy accepts bay form. They will ask for original birth certificate. It's better to have these ready rather than sending afterwards to avoid months of waiting.
