Why can't I pay the fees on the NVC website?

I just logged in, i can pay the fees now. 

Where we had the first page both names now show up. It seems they hadnt registered my wife (the petitioner) in the system. 

We both have now the Pay Now option, directing us to the next page where we can finnaly select the boxes

In case anyone is curious, I had to wait 3 weeks from the time I received the case number before the fees appeared on the website. I suspect this was related to the government shutdown, but who knows?

Hi, I just want to clarify, after your case was approved and forwarded to NVC to pay corresponding fees. It took you 3 weeks before the payment option appeared and before it was greyed? 

 

My case was approved on 13 July but until now, which is 3 weeks already, pay option is still greyed out 😥

Hi . Hows you nvc payment? Are you able to pay's everything? What did you do to pay the aos and iv fee ?
