no 221g a very simple interview and others with interviews post mine have visa in hand. 

Stressed out but trying to stay calm because I’m still at immigrant status. No clue why.

Changed to non immigrant AP today wish you all the best!

What does it mean when it changes from immigrant to non-immigrant? I've seen it a few times and didn't understand.

I think it usually means the checks have been done and now they’re processing the visa. I could be wrong though.

Hello everyone. Thanks for all your feedback. My fiance had yet another meeting yesterday. It seems to be approved. CEAC changed from AP to issued. I assume the visa will come later this week. I'll let you know. Thanks for answering my questions.

Congrats!!!!! Very happy for you both. I know you have had a hard time with the interview process. Pray for us we are waiting to hear from Abu Dhabi US Embassy. Is there any tip on interview or documentation to take?

The interview seemed straight forward. As far as evidence, I would say be as detailed as possible, label and group everything by relevance: i.e. Chats, FB, photo, letters. The lady seemed to be a stickler for organization, so in those categories, organize by date.

...also, thank you for your well wished. Received notification to pick up the passport, I won't be settled until he has the visa inside. I'll definitely report back.

Thank you @GeeRaf Quick question for medical can my fiance do a walk-in at New Medical Center in Abu Dhabi or does he need to setup an appointment?

We made an appointment. It’s pretty open. Call between 10-1 or after 5 to make an appointment. If you’re vaccinated already and have proof, it won’t cost as much.

How much did it cost for checkup without vaccinations? Also, how long does it take to get results?

The nurse said bring between 1200-1500 but he spent less than 1200 AED that was with vacs.
