I'm petitioning my mom to come here. I just got my NOA2 last week that I got approved for my I130. The problems is I send my I130 together with I864. The USCIS already send it to NVC. Do you think they ask me again for the I864?

yes, you weren't suppose to send the i864 with the i130, the i130 is sent to a USCIS service center

the i864 and the other forms, payments and documents are sent to the NVC, two different centers

first you have to pay the $120 for the affidavit of support, then send it to where the nvc indicates it on the steps you have to take, along with the financial evidence

you will have to send it again when the time comes
