I751 Package

Hello VJ Members,

 

I'm about to send I751 package in 2 weeks. I'm kinda confuse as to how I am going to send my package? On USCIS website, it says those resides in NY state, must submit I751 package to 

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

USCIS
P.O. BOX 660480
Dallas, TX 75266

For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: I-751
2501 S State Hwy 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

I was under the impression for NY resident ,applications goes to CSC so how come USCIS asked us to send it to Dallas, TX? Can somebody throw highlight on that?

 

Also, I have a following list of documents , would that be enough?

1. Joint Utilities bills, car insurance, joint medical insurance  from Jan, 2017 to June 2018. Now we both are out of medical insurance coz my wife doesnt work and my employer insurance is too expensive so we ended up having no insurance from June, 2018. would that pose a redflag?

2. Letter from landlord showing joint residency , we have no lease contract from landlord just letter stating joint residency , would that be fine?

3, DL (both husband, wife)

4. Birth certificate of our child

5. Letter from employer stating my wife and son has a beneficiaries

6. Joint Taxes return 2016 and 2017.

7. 20 odd pictures with our friends and family

8. Travelling and airbnb receipts for our vacations

9. (2) Affidavit of support letter from our friends.

10. Quarterly Joint checking and credit account statements.

Thank you for helpful link, now I got it thanks again.

 

How about list for I751 package? Any comments or recommendation?
