Hello friends my nephews fiancé just had her interview in France for a Fiancé Visa on the 19th of December and was denied because of the Yemeni ban. The consular told her that it would be impossible to get a visa because she is from Yemen. I have friends that did go through Djibouti and are Yemenis and got there visa's. I would like to know does she have any hope at all to come to the US? They told her she would get the waiver but never told her when and how? What should we do now? Any help is really appreciated, his fiancé is devastated and loves him and now stuck there in France all alone.
