Delhi Police Clearance Certificate

Hello everyone,

I'm kind of confused about PCC.

Currently, my spouse's application is pending with NVC for IR1/CR1 category.

My spouse applied for PCC through Indian Passport Office (PSK) and get the PCC the same day.

Does she also need PCC from Delhi Police (applied separately through Delhi Police's website)

Will the Passport Regional Office's PCC would be enough or does she need both?

We are currently at NVC phase ( going to submit document to NVC soon)

The Passport Regional Office's PCC should be enough. They would not ask for anything other than a photocopy of the passport and the original passport itself but take the NVC letter just in case. They will give you a letter and a stamp in the passport, both mentioning the country you are getting this PCC for. Hope this helps!
